very nice. I've got the exact same frame set and set up as a 1x8 for commuting duties and have always thought it would make a good touring rig. Running mine with Continental Tour Contact 1.75 tyres and is possible the comfiest bike I've ever ridden.

For the purpose of an emergency, sunday tea bag recce, I mounted my Cycle Chat Carradice Barley. Such a comfy bike. Just as quick as my Audax bike. But don't tell anyone.
