Repotted the spiral bay yesterday when I was tired, a bit squint

Here's a couple of the birches at Anglesea Abbey which is near here, not on Anglesey. Nor is it an Abbey for that matter.

There's a gigantic one outside the Sportsmans club in Aberdeen and this one in Duthie Park.

I took this in Valencia. It's your Common old rubber plant, Ficus elastica. I couldn't fit the whole tree in it was that big. The next day I went past it on the bus and over the road there is one twice as big!

I came across a few nice ones on holiday last year in New Zealand. This is a 140 or so year old Moreton Bay Fig in Russell.

This is Tane Mahuta, NZ's largest Kauri Tree but a mere sapling compared to some which were felled in the past.

A semi artificial oak tree above Bag End

And, looking the other way, the Party Tree...

with the Green Dragon Tavern on the far side of the lake.
