Sidi Mega shoes

I'm looking for a pair of Sidi mega road shoes in black size 47, cost up to £140. The normal fit that I got from Chainreaction is too narrow.

I can't find any and have searched online. I can get them from the USA and with the exchange rate they work out cheaper even with $25 shipping.

What other options are there for shoes (black) with a wider fitting?

Anyone else out there with experience of buying from the USA who can offer advice.

Don't forget that there is a risk with any imports of customs getting sniffy and hitting you with extra fees (as will the couriers)

Shimano sell wide fitting shoes, north wave are renowned for coming up wide, and giro offer flexible sizing

sidi genius mega are around £140 new on eBay !

I have bought a pair of sidis from the US a couple of years back it took a month for them to arrive they got stuck in Custom in the US ..
For some reason they did nt charge me any extra which I was pleased about ....

I've ordered a pair from xxcycle.com. It is a French based website. Cost €149 plus postage.

They arrived today. 2 days after ordering. A much better fit and a great service.

I've recently struggled to purchase a wide pair of road shoes and after trying probably approximately thirty pairs of different shoes from ever manufacturer I have eventually found a pair which fit. They are Shimano RO88 but in a wide fit. Unfortunately they only appear to come in white this year but at least they fit.

Like someone said above, my Northwaves are much wider than my old SIDIs...
