That's amusing.
I have a pic somewhere of an NL sign warning people not to play music loudly in their cars. It said something like 'no mobile discobars' , along with a pic of a car with musical notes coming out of the open windows.

The Dutch do like their rules, especially about noise 😀
I'm sure I've seen similar.

After the clock change in October I could count on meeting a checkpoint on a busy bike path on my commute making sure my lights were sufficient.

A few years ago I took a German evening class. The teacher would sometimes show us German kids' videos on youtube as practice one of which was a daft song; Mein Hut er hat drei Ecken (my hat has three corners).

Out on a club ride that week-end I didn't sing but the damn song got into my head and I couldn't get rid of it for hours!!
