Sis beta fuel

Has anyone tried the sis beta fuel .
I have a few sachets here to use and wondering has anyone noticed a difference in this and just water .
Doing a 100mile sportive tomorrow and thinking of trying it .

I have not tried it yet but do fancy it. However, I would not suggest a 100 Ride as a good time to try a new product.

I thought best not to use it as well tbh but if it kept you going better than just water and bars it might be worth trying

Bit late for advice now but the main reason would be not knowing what effect it may have on your bowel movement.

Had a few rides when I first moved to electrolyte tablets when I’m glad I stayed within 10 miles of home I can tell ya.

Well done the sportive anyway and never used the Betta fuel thought it was safer
