I disagree..the rugby was crap..

I disagree. The first match was poor - the worst of this year, I think. The second wasn't bad, tho' the end was a farce. And there was a grim fascination about the third, watching Ireland do what needed doing, very effectively. Not the best day of the series, but I think 'crap' is overstating the case.

I think it was a fair result today - both in the actual Ireland v England match and the Championship as a whole - Throughout England haven't played like a Grand Slam team - did enough to win more matches than the opposition and be Champions - as to the other matches I thought the Scotland made hard work of beating an Italian team that really never threatened - The France v Wales match showed glimpses of the potential of both sides and could have gone either way - and did - Wales winning at full time and France winning after overtime

Well if Ireland were going to turn up for one match, that one was it and they did. Not pretty but effective. Italy were dire this year.
