I've just bottled our Sloe Gin which was jarred last November and there are loads of gin-soaked berries left in the jar.
Would these be OK to use in a clafouti?

Given according to google it should be Black Cherries I imagine it would wonderful. Although you might be refused entry to France for 10 years if anyone finds out.
