He specifically says he wants a modern road frame for rim brakes …that’s a gravel frame with disk brake fitting…?

This is what he says…
Must be rim brake frame around 52. No touring adventure rubbish, just pure road steel.

So in answer to your question… probably won’t suit
It’s a nice colour though
