Didn't know that they did so many different types.That's for 24" wheels, it's £17.50 for the more popular 650b, although still good value.
The Plus version - about £25 - has more puncture protection and is sturdier, which may be more suitable for an ebike.
Although I wonder if the OP wants any tyre with a knobbly MTB tread.
The nearest shallow tread equivalent from Schwalbe is either Big Ben or Big Apple, also available in Plus flavour.

For those of for whom the the term 'off road' means a well maintained cycle path semi slick tyres are more appropriate.
