I couldn't even watch that again, it's utterly cringeworthy. Ebdon was always my least favourite player. He managed to be boring, arrogant and slow all at the same time.

It’s amazing that the two breaks are almost identical in length.
The delay on the pink is so long that it doesn’t make sense. He’s down over it for over 20 seconds.

The ref should have definitely used some discretion there. Whether the opponent was annoyed or not, he should have said "you need to get a move on or risk forfeiting the frame" or something like that. There is also the crowd and the reputation of the televised game to consider. IMHO
