No snow here but we've just had the coldest night this winter so far. Duvets are a wonderful invention

Thanks, but afraid it was my own doing giving up my job as a prison officer two and a half years before I could retire on reserved rights at 55. Just got too stressed so went early and lost almost 40% of my pension, so basically, it's up to me to get another job or survive on my small pension which is what I am trying to do.

Yeah, I had a scary experience with the Winters on the only occasion we had snow here in the last 3 years - a one day affair.
So I went on to buy the knobbly ice spikers: of course we never got snow again here in town since. Had to go out of town to find fresh snow to try them out.
Now got 2 ice bikes
