The name my co-owner and I gave to our F-27 trimaran sailing boat.

It's a Scottish word, meaning:
  • "a rush of liquid" (as in opening a can or fizzy bottle)
  • it is also used in the Glasgow area to mean something easy - "a scoosh job"
  • we used to explain it as "the sound the water makes as it rushes past our hulls at 15 knots ..."

And the Falkirk area... although they are Weegie-lite to be fair.

My kitchen window looks out on the school. Bound to know them, by sight, at least, possibly better. It is a small village after all. (Small village with a big heart)

He was a vet, she worked at the school. Unless you never had any pets or children, it is unlikely.
