Seen any good putdowns lately? Pithy comments that made you smile?

Here's one I just saw in the middle of a typical drivers-vs-motorists spat:


- I saw a cyclist jump the lights on a pedestrian crossing and nearly knock two pedestrians over.

This was a comment posted about a 'model' who had got herself into the news after complaining that she had received unwanted attention from a bar tender.
"She is a stony waste matter separated from metals during the smelting or refining of ore."

Mrs D saw one to the effect of...

"It doesn't matter what Nancy Pelosi think's of Boris' propsed law. She's the Democrat speaker of a house under Republican control. David Icke would have more influence over any UK-US trade deal than her."

It thought that was harsh, but in essence more or less correct.

Not really cycling related, although David Icke has a bike.

Actually, it is the senate that is under republican control, the house is under the control of the democrats, otherwise she wouldn't be the speaker.
