Sofas? Ashley furniture, slightly posh stuff which is affordable if you wait for a sale.

Mind you… I’m in Canada so delivery costs will likely kill you.

I don’t see the point though, it uses up valuable space that could be used for bike storage.

of the three big corner stores, there is a large m&s and a large John lewis.

The third corner store is currently closed, but it will be Next I believe. There is already a smaller Next.

There are a few up market sofa shops and when we were looking, there was a "pop up" sofa shop in the aisles.
