Solar Eclipse watching..

We expected to see the eclipse from our front window (house is roughly west facing), but, at moment sun is obscured by a large cloud!

I might sit in the garden facing away from the sun,i seem to think many moons ago,i did it as a kid,the light went a sort of pinkish,red purple colour and darkened it was amazing.

I couldn't even find my sunglasses, but I then found a broken pair, complete with a lens, so I'll use it to see if I can get pictures with my phone.

I've seen and photographed both the 1999 and 2015 partials anyway, so it's no 'biggie' if my pictures are a little bit pish this time.
