‘The Demon’ LT Recumbent Trike

For sale is my recumbent trike.
Very recently completely rebuilt, with brand new unused rear Hope Tech brake and rotor, and brand new unused front wheels built from scratch.

An excellent quality recumbent trike that is being sold purely as I don’t have room to keep it anymore, an absolute bargain for someone.

Parts List
  • ‘The Demon’ LT Recumbent Trike
  • Carbon fibre seat
  • Hope Tech brake levers
  • Shimano Altus gears
  • Shimano BB
  • Shimano crankset
  • Shimano pedals
  • Driveline 75T Recumbent Chainring
Front wheels
  • Hope recumbent hubs
  • Hope Tech brake callipers
  • Hope floating rotors
  • Alien Nation "Black Sheep" 18' rims
  • Brompton spokes
  • Onza "Sticky Fingers" 18' trials tires
Rear wheel
  • Shimano Hub
  • Mavic MX321 Rim
  • Maxis MaxxPro60 ADVantage tire
  • Hope Tech brake calliper
  • Hope floating rotor
  • Braided hose
Extras
  • ThumbsUp rear indicator
  • Avenir dual panneirs and rack
  • Keirin wing mirrors
  • Handlebar side indicators
  • Nestling 3 led Front light

A little bit of work is required:
• Rear brake needs pads and fluid.
• Could also do with some new gears as currently has a 7 speed setup but rear wheel has a 9 speed cassette.

Sensible offers welcome

Thanks mate, not really a bike I want to sell but it takes up half the living room on my boat, lol.
The 75T chainring is a beast, like a circular saw blade, perfect for dealing with moped hoodies!
I had to ship that one from overseas.
It’s not as hard to pedal as you might think though, much easier to have something like that on a recumbent and you don’t need a set of velodrome thighs to move it!
For size comparison, the little chainring I fitted to the outside is a 34T, it’s to hide extra bolt holes only as the 75T can fit multiple size fittings on crank arms.

Now also listed on a couple of classified sites but I’m open to offers from you cyclechat guys and gals.
I’d prefer it to go to someone who will get the most enjoyment out of it this winter!
It needs to be sold ASAP as my living room is starting to look like a workshop!
