I have gone Di2 so this is off my Summer bike.
All you need to go SRAM (just add any 10 speed chainset and brakes of your choice)
Sram Rival 10 speed shifters - Sram Rival rear mech - Shimano 105 front mech.
The mechs are both lightly used with no major scratches (the 105 is said to be better than the Sram equivalent). The shifters work perfectly but there are a few small tears/rips in the hoods. Also the left hand shifter lost a small spacer which keeps the spring loaded paddle from moving forward and connecting with the main lever. I just replaced it with a small nut and superglued a locknut on two years ago and it is still ok.
