If I knew what you were talking about I would be very upset.
I'd speak to their head office.
Blimey what did you take that photo' with?
Well, not been a good day for more reasons than one. I received the bike back and this time the rear mech itself seems damaged. They haven't sent me the same bike but this takes the ****.

Not only is the jockey wheel misaligned with the smallest cog on the cassette but you'll notice the the bent cage plate. I don't think this is the mech hanger but a very poorly transported bike...again. I think this may have to go back, again.
Or, as I suspect, are they just clueless when it comes to packaging and this has been damaged in transit? The other problem was that the stem was misaligned with the forks and needed me to put it right, so what else is wrong. Back to square one.
When I have seen a bike packed up, the stem is usually loosened and bars rotated completely, 90 degree's to the use-able state. Sometimes even the handlebars have been rotated down too. It is usually to get the bike in the box.
Fair points both...
400bhp, sorry for the quality of the photo...nope hasn't been ridden yet but the cage plate looks bent to me and perhaps the net result is a misaligned rear mech...?
As above ArchieTect - this bike has not been ridden yet and I couldn't do a full inspection whilst Parcelforce waited around? The last time this happened - may I add with the same company - the bike was sent back after a ride due to problems I encountered. I hope this isn't the case this time around but I can't help but think this is wrong again. It may be transit I accept that but last time - the first time as this is the 2nd bike they've sent out - the company accepted the defects pointed out by the LBS I took it too.
