I used to live in Fareham too! I worked at what was Knowle Hospital, Ravenswood House to be precise, it's still there but all around are houses now not a big old loony bin. Does Paul still run the circuit training?

I have discussed with some of my colleagues your dilemma, and to be fair the overwhelming consensus is 'Get a more interesting friend'

I've been meaning to go to his classes for 4 years(ish)....he came in and taught us a lot at school. It was partly his lessons I really started to get fit/enjoy the physical challenges - to an extent. I must look into this!

Mindless vandalism. Nothing drastic, just repaint someone's door for them, weld some car doors shut, paint a traffic bollard black and see if anyone crashes into it, that kind of thing.
