Reminds me of a neighbour who did the same thing with his kids bikes and he's an engineer.
Only got sorted when next door spotted them riding them and sorted it.

Not surprised. I think I've said it before but when I was running my rickshaw a whole family cycled past me with their forks on backwards. I couldn't let that one go so went after them to let them know and got looked at like I was something from Mars.

Trouble is that the bikes come boxed with the fork that way round to save space and folk think that's the way they are supposed to be.
