I was out for 36 miles yesterday. As far as I'm aware, I have the bike set up properly, with the seat at about the same level as the handlebars etc. It feels good when I get on it.
However, on a road bike, I could do longer distances and not be aching this much the next day. My back is seriously sore. I'm wondering if a hybrid is just not designed for distances, if I'm not stretched out enough, or if it was the rattly descent down the hill on the way to Fintry that did it!
