This is tonights tea and I was wondering how people eat it.

Do you twirl it on a fork or cut it up first?

I cut it up, always have and always will.

it causes 'discussions' in our house. I am married to a cutter or to be more specifically, she breaks up the spag before cooking. I like it long and wrapped around a fork.

I use the spirals which is the most efficient way of eating it.

I find Ravioli the most efficient way of eating pasta, but we are talking about Spag Bol although you could say fusilli pasta is pre-twirled.

Twirled round the fork using a spoon to keep it in place.

Fusilli has the most surface area, and therefore picks up the most sauce.

Any other means, especially spaghetti is just wasting sauce.

Penne is also a quite an efficient sauce vehicle, and I use that when I'm bored with fusilli

It seems like you cutters have had your day. Twirling is the only way!
