My left leg is shorter than my right and i am looking to equalise this using some shims under my left SPD cleat.

Does anyone know where i can get hold of some of these?

Thanks

would it not be easier to put an insole in your shoe?

This reminds me of a question I was going to ask here.

One of my legs is longer than the other and this had led to me having ankle & knee problems from running. I now have custom made orthotics that I use not just for running but for general use as well. These seem to have enabled me to be able run pain free which I haven't been able to do for years.

Question is should I use the orthotics in my cycle shoes?

A hypothetical alternative would be to get a different pedal with a higher stack height for the shorter leg if the above measures are not sufficient.
