size 56 in the Langster here, I`m 6ft or maybe just under 
Inside leg more about 33" . Seems to fit me fine, albeit I have seat set back. My other bike which is 55cm and what they call a small/medium fits me fine as well with some adjustment to seat and cockpit. A slightly longer stem might suit me better. Alot of shops had me in the nex size up but I felt a bit stretched to be honest. Try before you buy it would seem!
