Spot the noise

Ill post an update now...anything to put off turning around and starting into this headwind. (The tailwind was beautiful though).

The noise has gone!

@Psycolist I went through all the tips so couldnt pinpoint it for you, but my gut tells me it was lubing the spokes thats done it, everything else seemed ok/didnt apply. Maybe worth a go.

Thanks for the help guys, really saved my remaining sanity.
