SWMBO was hit by a cyclist whilst crossing a zebra crossing at St Georges Circus this morning at around 9am. Don't suppose anyone on here saw it?

Suffice to say I'm not happy.

She's ok. Bit bruised down one side and very shaken up. No he didn't stop, just shouted sorry and cycled off.

That is really unfortunate. What's her commute? Does she need a buddy to ride her part way? I need to find a motivator to get out daily-ish - my plan of waking early and getting out for a 15mile ride is not proving very successful and with the freelancing I need to get out more.

She commutes by train to Waterloo East and then walks down to E&C hence being hit on the zebra at St Georges Circus. I doubt I could ever convince her to commute, my aim is to eventually get her on a FNRttC

Happy to help on that front. There are some real arses out there, hope she heals soon.

My better half works at LSBU and I have a cunning plan to get her on a 2014 FNRttC. The training went well until she had an 'off' in a Normandy kitchen (don't ask how). So two wounded warriors ...
