I've taken to eating porridge in the morning, plus beans on toast and coffee at mid ride cafe stops, to enhance my carbohydrate levels.

I scrape the white powder off jelly babies and save it.

When I have enough I snort it.

It's transformed my rides.

What haven't I tried?
Chips. Cake. Bacon. Flapjack. Tea. Coffee. Malt loaf, the list goes on...
On my one and only FNRttC I had a chocolate croissant, chocolate cake and a giant cappuccino with 2 extra shots and 6 (!!) sugars, and I still wished I was dead half-way up Ditchling.
The best was cycling back from a pub after 6 pints of Marstons Pedigree :cheers:
The only thing that makes me faster is a gigantic tailwind or a huge wodge of gravity aka going down big hills.

Dear friends, family, teammates, fans, sponsors, and creditors:
In the wake of recent events in the world of cycling, I can no longer hide my past. I admit to doping with EPO, blood transfusions, cortisone, testosterone, Clenbuterol, Actovegin, and rhinoceros horn. I did not want to use these products but I felt I had to in order to keep up.I took these products between 2002 and 2012.
I deeply regret, feel ashamed of, and am truly sorry for my actions and I hope that my confession can help bring positive change to the sport that we all love so much.

Damn, I would have got away with it if it wasn't for those pesky kids!
