Doubled locked and covered, fingers crossed it will be safe.

Would you not be better to use a longer chain and put the bike between the sets of railings so it’s a bit more out of sight?

Yeah that is a possibility, I have 2 locks going through all 3 wheels stand on the bike rack, so if anyone wants to attempt to steal it they would need to take the whole bike rack off the wall or cut through all 3 bike stands. Also I've taken off the saddle and used another lock to attached the front wheel and the frame of the bike.

Or just cut the chains? Did you upgrade the locks?
