Straps for panniers

Came across a problem today whilst on the return commute. My waterproof pannier cover doesnt stay on the panniers and comes off in the wind. I had to stop 3 times to put it back on. The cover has string in one side but when tightened, it snaps.

So I now have the need for some straps to go arround the panniers and attach to the rack. The length needs to be about 120cm, and I need two of them.

Open for offers and will cover postage cost.
