Whilst I appreciate a lot of people on this board are dismissive of Strava one of the things that used to keep me cycling / running / achieving personal goals was the Strava Challenges.

It appears that they have totally changed the layout and they are not so easy to read / decipher now.

Shame, it was a good tool.

NB. To the people who are going to answer "don't use Strava, and then spout on about why they are anti Strava, it has all been said before.

Is that in the app on your phone?

I don't see anything different on my PC.

I log all my cycling / walking miles on Strava. And do all the Challenges I can. (444 in the last 3 years).

I’m not sure anything major has changed for me on my phone ? And they are very easy to find - ‘Groups’ icon at the bottom on my phone: then ‘Challenges’ at the top….

They used to be in a list form which I personally found more user friendly. The circles have appeared in the last month or so. The list you could give a quick glance at and see progress on all in one hit now you have to look at each circle individually.

Circles - indicating the approx % of each challenge completed - have been like that ‘months and months’ on the App for me.

Occasionally I may see how far / how long I may need to ride, walk etc if I see I’m getting close to completing one. But normally just keep active and the challenges sort themselves out. I do see your point though. If it was in Black and White; it would be easier / encourage you to be more active. Which is surely the point !

When I first started cycling seriously about 14 years ago I was mad keen and used to do all the distance and climbing challenges going out in all weathers and doing serious miles.

I look back on that now in total disbelief as I am currently struggling to muster any enthusiasm to even get out for a short spin. I think I've only been out 5 times so far this year with 21 miles being the longest ride. A bit sad how easy it is to lose the enthusiasm and fitness that went with it.
