Strawberrys. How do you eat them?

Just heard a UK grower who suggested trying them with black pepper
Or
As part of a savoury salad.
I am old school and enjoy them......
Off the stalk
Or With fresh cream
Or....today.....with Mango, sliced apple and Greek yoghurt.

I don’t, mildly allergic. I might have a couple if on a dessert but I always regret it!
Used to eat off the stalk or with cream or vanilla ice cream. Eton Mess another option if wanting a proper dessert

The texture, the taste, strangely they are one of the fruits I don't particularly like, I will however eat them in a Eton Mess

I eat them in a variety of ways. Cut into halves with a little sugar sprinkled on them. Or in Eton Mess. Or just hold by the stalk and eat as they come. Or as part of a fruit salad with other fruits.

I'm not keen on strawberry jam - almost always too sweet for my taste.
