As jimscullion's admitted to dancing, I'll also "come out". It's great exercise and increases flexibility as well as being really sociable.

I'd like to see Matthew Cutler back in the show, especially for his Latin routines.

I have just watched the first ten minutes of this evening's show. I do not think I will watch the rest.

Artem    :bravo: :wahhey: :hyper:

I thought tonight's show was the most entertaining of the season so far. Anton's being extra creative finding new things for Anne to do, Craig's getting some backchat for a change, there's more banter and ad libbing going on and the dances were all highly entertaining.

I do think the reliance on the audience vote this season has turned it even more into an entertainment programme than a dance competition and increases the chance of the best dancer not winning the overall title, but what the heck - it's a bit of fun either way.

I only watch scraps of it although my Mum watches it regularly & rushes to do her tea so she can sit down and watch it.

The bits I have seen make me say good on Anne Widdicombe, she's great fun. I used to think Felicity Kendal was fine as she was, when did she do all that nonsense to her face? I'm sure she didn't need to do it. Her figure's fantastic.

It also shows just how fit and strong these dancers are - for all his comedic struggles to pick her up in the dance, he could clearly do it with ease if he wanted to, despite coming across as a little fey and camp.

I think you're right about the voting, but why not eh? If it means we get the most of the characters, then that's just more entertainment...

Also, the better the entertainment value of the celeb dancers, the more diluted Brucie becomes, which has got to be good. His jokes seem to be falling flatter than a very flat thing run over by a steam roller.

Even though the dance-off has gone, the same situation of those who aren't the worst dancers ending up in the bottom two keeps coming back. Hence last week's 'shock' result. At least this way, the judges aren't put in the position of being the bad guys!

So - who's for the chop this week? My guess is Felicity. I think all the 'armography' in her dance detracted from the steps too much. I just found myself watching their arms wriggling around.

I think widdy might stay in for a while yet. I don't mind that as long as Gavin, Michelle and Felicity go but would be sad if she were to stay in at the expense of someone who might be able to win on dancing merit.

I was sorry to se jimi go last week, although I don't mind Widdy staying in - it's entertainment, and she's entertaining all right.

It'll be a shame if Felicity goes because of that arm wiggling crap. They did suggest yesterday that the arm wiggling never did go well in training and it certainly ruined their performance last night.

Wouldn't be sad to see the end of Michelle.
