Stuck carbon seatpost in titanium frame

We have been donated a road bike with the above problem at the community workshop. It is a well specced bike with 11 speed Dura Ace group set and we want to make sure we don't do damage getting it out.

Has anybody had any experience with a similar problem?

Well-protected saddle in a vice and use the leverage of the frame to get it moving.

The only trouble with that is you can exert a lot of force using the frame as a lever, not something I'd want to do with a titanium frame.
I'd play it safe, sacrifice the post cutting the top off and sawing it out in sections.
Presumably you've tried to move it with a vise grip on the post and WD40. Gentle heat might help if you want to go that route.

We remember
Well-protected saddle in a vice and use the leverage of the frame to get it moving.
We have tried this with no success but did not want to use too much force at this stage.
This is something we do on steel/alloy frames with stuck seatpost and will get round to it using more force if no other suggestions.

Flip the bike upsidedown, spray plenty of WD-40 or another penetrating substance through the bidon boss, leave overnight. Next day, flip it back up, grab a dead blow mallet and in the first instance try to hammer the seatpost in instead of pulling it out. If it still doesn't budge, you may consider heating the seat tube and count that thermal expansion will make it possible.
