Well done all. I wish I could have been there, but alas not. I did see a few riders heading towards Ipswich around 2pm on the Swarm, but judging that they were only a few miles from home, none of them looked like they were in anywhere near enough pain. I trust you gents evened things up a little.

Hoping to be a little less lame myself and get out riding with you in the near future. Base miles here we come...

Matt - I was in pain, more pain then I would of liked to have been. The last 20k just finished me off, I had nothing left in the legs, the burn in my thighs was not pleasant at all!

Did you come up Americas' Hill in Witnesham at the end of your route? That was an unwelcome twist in the tail!

Certainly was, I was quote surprised to see that I got a Strava PR on it

Haha, well a bunch of riders caught me laying on a grassy verge about 3km before the end. Had a very much, relaxed look on my face.

@Andrew_Culture - the hill was very much an unwelcome addition . It was at that period that I was struggling.
