The frame is stamped V6671 at the rear wheel hub. Can anyone put a date of manufacture on it.

This one could be from around 66/67. One point well worth checking is the markings on the reverse of the Williams chain set.

I have checked on the 2nd link, it dates the crank to 1965 ( ZF ) I knew it was not any later as I was at college and working by 1966.
I had bought the bike when still at skool.

you've got to be happy with that.

bit or elbow grease and a few quid and you have a very nice bike. time and money well spent me thinks
Going on holiday a week tomorrow and will take the bike with me. The bike will be well used that week.

Been on the bike today. Hard work.
The bike is really good brings back a lot of memories.
Owner out of condition but will get there.
