Unfortunately, my hair doesn't cover my ears or my head and hasn't done so for many years...

I've discovered lots of novel ways to get sunburnt whilst wearing sun cream (including in my ears), but curiously the backs of my hands have never been burnt even though I've never put any sun cream on them.

More seriously, a work colleague got skin cancer on his nose. Keen cyclist and thinks its because he didn't wear cream and got caught out too much

I hope they don't lose their nose. A relative of ours lost her nose to skin cancer and she wore an Elastoplast over it instead. This was years ago and I believe they have prosthetic noses now.

White cats get this and they are advised also to wear sun cream. Many lose their ears because they get skin cancer.
Buy a high factor suncream, Aldi sells it cheap and its very good.
