5 hours double bubble at work start up line fill before we start back officially tomorrow and the changes that have happened with a supplier of sub assemblies coming back in house have made a lot of changes which look a bit of a nightmare till we get used to it . Trousers a little tight after 2 weeks nibbling and beers .
Came home and took mini ck 1 and 2 to bradgate park for a walk then back home to get the commuting bike set up and checked and its a good job i did as the front brake is now rubbing even though it was fine when i left it ........
Roll on 3.40 am alarm clock beep as im back to the grindstone

How close did you get?

We were down there for the pick up at 14:30 (when those on a 7 hour marathon pace should have been finishing 😮) and it was still mobbed.

It worked out fine, parked in Tranent and biked to the start, saw her off and then biked to the racecourse after all the runners had started. Got there in plenty of time for a coffee and watch the fast people come in 1 h 4 mins ! Managed to get pics of her just before the finish. It was heaving then and took a bit of time to find her after! Went for lunch with her and pals the pootled back to Tranent. Good day in all. Now waiting for a fish supper to finish off at home.

Goodluck with the transition CK, that used to be my field all be it on the engineering and process end. So glad I got out of it before I had a heart attack. The stress isn't good for you, take it easy.
