Recce done of the bits I didn't know. Bridleway was fine even after heavy overnight rain. Rather more 'scenic' than I had hoped, so might have to lead from some way behind.

Maybe - though it seems daft not to use a proper bike when there are no train restrictions (though need to check they are running!)

ETA: Rail replacement bus to Newbury Park, might investigate BasVegas
