Afternoon
Out early for club run, managed to avoid the rain but got a bit of a battering in the wind. Still 63 miles done and now to chill for the rest of the day.

When you come off and end up in a muddy puddle somewhere in that park ride you often do, you can join the great unwashed temporarily.

Argghhh. Seem to have caught a lurgy three days before I'm supposed to be going to France. No real appetite, scratchy throat, and totally listless. Only good news is that I managed to get all the graduations done first before succumbing.... had a slightly tickle cycling home afterwards yesterday, and just hoped it was a dry throat. HoFHum.

Aahrrgg! When will this living hell ever end?!
Bed for 36 hrs so far. Food portions that would leave a Borrower feeling wanting. Trying to keep it down is tricky at best. Bah!

I think that's where I'll be for tomorrow (mine, not yours, obvs). At least the weather is miserable tomorrow, to match my mood.

GWS.

...or some whey based protein shake which is so easy on the stomach, especially with some milk which will help revitalise the good bacteria.
