Cool and sunny for now, so hound walk with Mrs. 666, quick bike ride then go racing when the rain moves in.

Junior is gearing up for her first proper day at work tomorrow as last week was induction stuff at head office. Tomorrow she'll be doing vet stuff, so I'm praying for the local pets.

Sun has burnt back the smog on Teesside.

There's a new bike café a few miles away to see if I can get my cycling fix by osmosis. Reviews show pictures of pig based bread fillings so DD2 is in.

Morning
Its dank and misty here so no club run. Took Bertie for a walk and if the mist doesn’t clear he might get a longer walk.

Out of interest, roughly where on Teesside are you WM?

Morning

Calm before the deluge.
Too much energy last night and couldn't sleep. Moon was bright. Maybe I should have gone for a pedal at 3am. That'll teach me for having big lunches and coffee then dinner later.

Coffee

@TLW1 : Clachan Inn food was really good.

Nice walk, good taper run with friends and now heading over to my parents to drop the van off for its tyres. Sure we will get chance for a pint

I did 10 years in Guisborough and Mum, Dad & BB never left. I fashioned an escape, of sorts, up to Scotland just before Guisborough briefly became an MTB Mecca.

Similar for me in a way - 18 years in Redcar before headed down to the South East but family stayed put.

Tri done, run was decidedly rubbish due to a childish injury but all good and I got a medal and some free porridge!
Chilling with a glass of Shiraz and hoping for an early night.
