When you turn your head to do a life saver shoulder check before turning right, you are then indicating left (ish). Badly thought out, unnecessary tat.

Car drivers think the best thing to do is make everything else like a car. It is a flawed line of reasoning as the dynamics of a bike are completely different. It is not that cyclists do not care about safety it's just what actually make them safe is different to what make a car safe.

Hmmm, You can already get helmets with a rear light on them for a tenner from Lidl.

Indicators seem useless and the front light not really necessary....... Answer to a question nobody was asking IMO.

It's downright dangerous. People are bound to get the indicator switch mixed up with the wipers and end up with soap suds in their eyes and a wiper up the nostril.

If a people wear them on a group ride and go two abreast, aeroplanes are bound to mistake them for a landing strip, and there lies madness.

Reversing bleepers, that's what we really need on bikes, complete with the robotic voice that tells everyone to get out of the way "warning, this vehicle IS reversing" no ifs, buts, safety checks or maybes.
