Superb Service

About 2pm yesterday I ordered a set of pedals from HighonBikes, http://www.highonbikes.com/drivetrain/pedals-clipless-mtb/time-z-freeride-mtb-clipless-pedals.html at about 4:30 I had the E-Mail to that the order was complete, this morning about 8am the postman was putting them in my hand along with the shoes I had ordered from Chain reaction Cycles http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=31696 about 10:30pm Thursday night. superb service from both companies.

I'll second that. I've bought a pair of Marathon Pluses and an SRAM 850 chain from them, both well packed and fast service.

Just up the road from me so I collect even though postage is free. They even came back early from lunch to open the storeroom whe one saw me waiting outside. Damned good prices too

I'll certainly give them(H.O.B.) a look next time I'm purchasing anything.

I've never had anything but great service from Chain Reaction though - even with returns / enquiries etc.
