No no NO!
Suspension seatposts are EVIL!

They don't provide any advantages but DO provide disadvantages. Obviously halfords will swear blind they're magic if you take an interest in a bike with one.
No increase in comfort, but the seat wobbles in directions it shouldn't.

Suspension is supposed to enable the WHEEL to move relative to the rest of the bike, as that's what encounters the shock. Not the saddle.
And DON'T say 'shall i get a suspension hub then'.

I swear by my suspension seat post.
Oh alright, I swear at it ! never seems to take out the "rough bits" but drops the saddle an inch when I'm trying to get up the hill. Having said that , probably not the best in the world as it's the one that came with my CB hybrid bike.
