Sustainable cycling clothing?

I've been trying to find a cyclewear manufacturer who has a clue about sustainable production (doesn't use PFC's etc) but I'm coming up empty. Endura, Altura and the rest of the usual suspect pretty much had no idea what I was talking about when I contacted them.

Is there anything?

I would imagine Merino wool is sustainable, and is used widely in various clothing.

That's true, of course. I meant more technical stuff, baggy shorts, jackets etc.
