- You want hills? We got hills
There's always the interesting discussion about joint finances in a marriage but we just have joint accounts, no personal money as such. So if I want to buy a bike, it means we, the family, don't buy something else.
That means there is a prioritisation of our cash. Whilst a bike may be important to me, it isn't important to mrs nickyboy or the children. As it happens I am going to spend about £1,300 on a bike this spring. But this is only because the family finances are in a state to handle it and we can still do all the other things we want to do as a family. Cycling is just me so family stuff like holidays has to come first
