Replaced the pads , not rubbing on the stand but as soon as I started riding they were so I had to turn around and dig out the spare bike. Transfer the lights and panniers over then plod to work.

I opt for lights with rubber straps so its not a too time consuming job to switch them over. The only problem my spare bike is a better bike and I wouldn't choose to leave it often in the bike cage at work. I have been forced to though.
