Night Train

What a non stop day!
Spent all day building stud partition walls so my right arm aches from hammering 4" nails and not long back from rehersals. I am shattered and too tired to brew up.

Morning all, from snowy Sheffield!!!

This evening, I think I shall knit myself some woolen insoles for my boots!:birthday:

I was meant to be in early for a meeting today but the bus took over an hour for a 15-20 minute journey. Ho-hum...

or 'socks' as we call them... ;)

Very light snow falling here in York, I can't see what all the fuss is about... I probably will if it's got deep by the time I go home....

Good morning all. A quick weather report from here. It is now raining after snowing in the early hours. I have been up to the shops, trudging through the slush, so I now have the kettle on. I also bought some chocolate Hob Nobs, so form an orderly queue.

I'm in two minds about the weather. On the one hand, I'll be awful disappointed when the snow melts and gurgles its way down the drains. On the other hand, I want to be able to get up to Leeds to pick up my new Bob Jackson...

I love snow when I don't have to go anywhere, but I'm supposed to be going to the Lake District tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the roads will be clear. I've been looking forward to it for ages.

As you are first in the queue Landslide, you get a cup of Sainsburys finest red label, and TWO Hob nobs. Let it never be said that I am stingy. Passes over tea and biccies.

<Joins queue, even though she doesn't deserve hob nobs, just having had a choccy digestive>
