Yes please! I need some tea to wash down the two chocolate and orange cakes I've eaten this afternoon.

You realise that each one was 2 portions of fruit and veg, don't you? Oranges are fruit, and cocoa comes from a bean, which is a vegetable...

I'm off home soon - having dug to the back of my freezer yesterday, I'm having liver and bacon for dinner... With mash I think - part potato, part parsnip. And two sorts of veg. How saintly is that?

I hope so! The liver has been in the freezer for a while, but it should be ok, I reckon. I'm going to cook up the whole lot (enough for two, and then refreeze a portion - I think it's ok to refreeze meat once cooked. If not, well, I'll find out next time....)

I've just had a call from a very close friend. He is moving to Las Vegas as his job is moving there. It will be a permanent move too. He will be gone by April. Good luck to him I say.

I've always felt that Las Vegas was one of those places I'd have to see to actually believe in... And that I probably wouldn't want to stay long...

Any tea? I've just had to get a hot chocolate for a low blood sugar moment.

Also, I think I have actually lost a pound or two!
