Have a look down the back of a sofa, any sofa will do, and you will probably find some change there.

Even better if it wasn't my sofa (and hence my money lost in the first place...)

Mornings!

Kettle's just boiled, I'm on green tea with lotus flowers and orange. Woop.
A busy day ahead, but tempered by the knowledge that this evening will be spent in the company of some of our more delightful denizens...

You should have seen the tea I had last night!

Chinese 8 Jewel Tea. Green tea, with a small garden floating in it. Including some little berries, and a couple of nut type things. Bit of an assault course to drink, I had to ask for a sieve in the end and strain it. Whole crysanth flowers in there too. Quite nice - earthy, but also sweet due to the rock sugar...

I might get in to lumber jacking. I've been offered some trees but I have to cut them down and tush them out myself. But first I need to collect about 5-6 ton of granite cobbles.

Altogether now...

"He's a lumberjack and he's alright,
He's also a train that runs at night...."

A nice satisfying job, esp if you have the right tools. When I was about 15 I helped my godmother grub out an apple tree stump, we had a couple of spades, a saw, and a small hatchet. Took all day and we got wonderfully dirty.

Quiet in here today...

hmm.. giving up chocolate for lent is made easier when the boss buys a bag of yum yums. Not sure that's quite in the spirit of abstinence though..

Tea? The kettle's just boiled...

yes please arch. i was bowled something of a googly last night by listening to some old music i'd not heard in 20 years, and at the same time getting an out of the blue facebook friends invitation from the girl i was seeing at the time, who i've not seen in 15.

i know it's coincidence and means nothing, but i'm slightly spooked by it, so make it a strong one. ;)
