Not really, I have lost a teensy weensy bit of weight recently.

With the warmer, drier , longer days, and your new bicycle, you should be able to stem the trend, and possibly reverse it. Tho' I know from your posts that Her Ladyship is excellent in the kitchen, with baking etc.
